Key Verse for 2008

"...for my house will be called a house of prayer for all nations."
Isaiah 56:7

Worship and prayer invite the Presence of God.
Jesus said in Matthew 21:13, "My house will be called a house of prayer."
Keep in mind that a house is generally a dwelling place that is built to be
inhabited and not just visited. The Holy Spirit comes to dwell in house (or heart)
in response to prayer, whether the prayer is a request for salvation, or a corporate
body seeking His face. These prayers literally become God's portal, or opening into
the earth, to work His will in our lives, churches, cities and regions. His
presence inhabits the house (or individual) of prayer.

Prayer should be purposeful and passionate, not just another program or
routine. Prayer also gives us opportunity to experience God in the full measure
of His being, that radiates from Himself, enabling Him to interact with us
personally and influence our fragile human existence.

So, let's open ourselves up to the Presence of God like never
before in 2008...through prayer that sets our faith on fire!

PRAYER SETS FAITH ON FIRE!
